AN INTRODUCTION
to Premier Deck
MEASURE
We start by listening to your needs and goals, take measurements and pictures, and review our available products.
DESIGN
We take your goals and create two to three designs to allow you the opportunity to select the one you like best. After one to two revisions, we’ll finalize the design with you.
CONTRACT
Our team creates a preliminary proposal that we will then discuss with you to make additions or changes as necessary. Once you agree to the formal proposal, the contract to get started is signed.
BUILD
The building step is where we take care of acquiring necessary building permits, ordering materials, and creating your custom deck.
ENJOY
Perhaps the most exciting step, we’ll take you on a final walk-through, take care of the final sign-off and payment, issue the warranty, and allow you to enjoy your brand new deck!
